Excited that we got to christen our new DTC office’s training room this past weekend, with a First-Time Buyer Seminar. Thank you Stella Yi for putting on a great seminar, and thank you for allowing me to help out with the financing piece. It is great to see how excited first-time buyers are when they see how much home they can afford, for what they are paying in rent each month.
